Marlene Elias, the principal of the office, studied law at La Universidad de Nueva San Salvador where she was admitted as a solicitor and moved on to become in-house counsel for the prestigious company Macuily S.A de C.V which allowed to travel within Latin America. Marlene arrived in Australia in 1990 with her family and commenced working with Bluden & Monty Solicitors where she assisted in various cases and commenced working together with the Spanish speaking community around the area of Liverpool. Marlene has assisted the Latin community since 1995, with the preparation of power of attorneys to purchase and sell overseas, authorisations for minors exiting and entering the country, registration of properties in Latin America and provides services as a Justice of the Peace. Marlene worked at a highly regarded Immigration Law Firm in Sydney. In June 2002 she opened her Liverpool office M. Elias & Associates offering immigration and translation services. Marlene has assisted many people desiring to migrate to Australia for a better life, she handles all different cases ranging from refugee, spouse/fiance, skilled migration, parent migration, remaining relatives, orphans, tourist and student visas. Marlene is a valued member of the Liverpool community providing work experience to students from local high schools and Liverpool TAFE, she also attends Liverpool, Campbelltown and Fairfield Court assisting the community with the preparation of statutory declarations on a monthly basis. Over the years the office of M. Elias & Associates has assisted countless clients to successfully migrate to Australia and her passion for assisting clients only grows with time as she enjoys seeing dreams come true for many.
